Job summary

ProDrivers is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local Hazmat routes serving data centers throughout Virginia and surrounding areas. This Truck Driver position offers no-touch freight, automatic equipment, consistent routes, and long-term stability.

Typical shifts are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with shift differential. Responsibilities include operating a Class A tractor-trailer, transporting lithium-ion batteries, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and abiding by

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 24 months tractor trailer experience in past 3 years
• Hazmat Endorsement
• Strong backing skills
• Safe driving record
• Ability to meet DOT requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer with a 53' dry van
• Transport lithium-ion batteries between warehouses and data centers
• Complete warehouse-to-warehouse deliveries
• Follow all DOT and Hazmat regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Safely back into docks and customer locations

ProDrivers is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local Hazmat routes serving data centers throughout Virginia and surrounding areas. This Truck Driver position offers no-touch freight, automatic equipment, consistent routes, and long-term stability.

Pay & Schedule

• Shift differential available
• Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Truck Driver Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer with a 53' dry van
• Transport lithium-ion batteries between warehouses and data centers
• Complete warehouse-to-warehouse deliveries
• Follow all DOT and Hazmat regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Safely back into docks and customer locations

Route Details

• Local deliveries throughout Virginia
• Occasional deliveries into Maryland and New Jersey
• Automatic transmission equipment
• Customer loads and unloads freight
• No-touch freight

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 24 months tractor trailer experience in past 3 years.
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Strong backing skills required
• Safe driving record
• Ability to meet DOT requirements

Job Requirements

To qualify for this Local Truck Driver position, you must have:

• At least 12 months verifiableexperience as Class A CDL Driver in past 3 years.
• Valid license and Med Card
• Acceptable MVR and Accident History
