Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Minimum of 3 years of tractor-trailer experience.
• No moving violations within the past three years.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Familiarity with proper and safe use of tractor-trailer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer in accordance with company driving standards and DOT regulations.
• Assist with unloading deliveries at store locations as needed.
• Perform proper pre-trip inspections as required by DOT Regulation 392.7.
• Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and DOT documentation at all times.
• Verify that all loads and backhauls are correct and secure.
• Recommend improvements to processes or procedures to enhance efficiency and safety within the transportation network.
• Ensure compliance with transportation-related standards in safety, accuracy, and productivity.
