Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver in the United States. You will safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples, and provide excellent service to customers while loading and unloading freight.

This role requires flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts. Eligible drivers receive full health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, up to 13 days of PTO in the first year, nine paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license
• Clean driving record and history
• Hold or obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days of employment
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positives or refusals in the last 3 years
• Have a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical
• Must be available for a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours daily, including day, night and weekend shifts
