Transport Distribution Company (TDC) is hiring CDL-A Company Drivers for OTR routes out of Joplin, MO. You’ll drive 100% no-touch freight with home time on a 5.5-on/2-off style schedule and occasional Saturday freight.

Earnings include base CPM of $0.55–$0.62 plus weekly bonuses, with a potential of $93,200+ annually, and a full benefits package. Owned by PTL, TDC offers a family atmosphere, own dispatch, and the stability of a large organization.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• OTR trucking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR for Transport Distribution Company (TDC) with 100% no-touch freight.
• Earn base CPM $0.55–$0.62 with performance bonuses.
• Average 2,000–2,600 miles per week.
• Plan home time: every weekend or 7 days out with a 2-day reset.
• Operate late-model Freightliner Cascadia with in-cab comforts.
