Boyd Bros. is recruiting regional flatbed drivers to join our team. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule that keeps you home at least once a week, with strong weekly pay and a clear path for consistent miles and safety.

Our drivers enjoy a sign-on bonus, orientation pay, and solid benefits while operating 75% preloaded loads to minimize dock time. With late-model Kenworth tractors and a rider program, you’ll ride in comfort as you run our 5-state lanes.

• Run our regional 5-state lanes. Hiring in the following areas: Charlotte, Raligh, Norfolk, Richmond, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New Jersey.
