Job summary

Smart logistics group is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional driving operations, with both experienced drivers and recent CDL-A graduates welcome. Regional routes offer weekly home time and brand-new equipment.

We provide competitive pay from $0.55 CPM for entry-level drivers up to $0.85 CPM for experienced drivers, with full benefits after 30 days and a supportive dispatch and safety team.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A (CDL-A) license.
• Authorized to operate commercial motor vehicles in the United States.
• Strong safety mindset and professional attitude.
• Willingness to run regional routes with weekly home time.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer equipment safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and company policy.
• Deliver freight on assigned regional routes while meeting customer and scheduling requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and follow routing and safety instructions.
