Smart logistics group is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional driving operations based in California. We seek both experienced drivers and new CDL graduates who want reliable miles, competitive pay, modern equipment, and consistent weekly home time.

Compensation ranges from 0.55 to 0.85 CPM with weekly home time on regional lanes. Brand-new equipment and full benefits after 30 days are available to help you grow with a stable, driver-focused team.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A (CDL-A) license.
• Authorized to operate commercial motor vehicles in the United States.
• Strong safety mindset and professional attitude.
• Willingness to run regional routes with weekly home time.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer equipment safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and company policy.
• Deliver freight on assigned regional routes while meeting customer and scheduling requirements.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and follow routing and safety instructions.
