Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL driver for regional routes. You’ll operate a sleeper tractor with a 53' dry van, typically Monday–Friday with 2–4 nights out weekly, and deliver to NE, IA, MO, KS, MN, ND, WI and IL.

Expect paid training, weekly pay, uniforms and boot allowance, plus a $1,620 guaranteed weekly minimum and an average $1,800 per week. Benefits begin after 30 days, with 401(k) matching after one year and other rider perks.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 9 months of driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder drug test.
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.

Pay, Home Time & More:

• Average $1,800 per week
• Solo miles pay:72 CPM with 1,980 miles per week
• Solo stops pay:$24.46 per stop with 12 stops per week
• $1,620 weekly guarantee
• Route: Regional, 2 - 4 nights out per week
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting day 1 (use it or get paid for it)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, possible Saturdays
• Start time: Dispatch 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Deliver solo to:NE, IA, MO, KS, MN, ND, WI & IL

• Cannot accomidate auto restriciton
• Ryder will train you on all equipment needed to be successful
• Freight: Touch - Assembled motorcycles
