Job summary

Boise Cascade in Hermitage is seeking a Truck Driver to deliver and distribute building products to assigned customers. You will load and unload, inspect the vehicle, and maintain logs in line with DOT regulations.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, two years of driving experience, and the ability to operate in all weather. You will work with a safety-first mindset and support loading teams as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or two years equivalent work experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with ability to safely operate tractor/trailer.
• Two years truck driving experience required.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and company driver qualifications.
• Duties performed in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and distribute building products to assigned customers.
• Load and unload materials and secure cargo for transit.
• Maintain vehicle in safe operating condition and perform preventive checks.
• Maintain logs and records according to DOT regulations.
• Complete paperwork and relay customer questions or complaints to supervisor.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and support teamwork as needed.
