All Surfaces is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for our Denver, CO branch. The role requires reliable, detail-oriented delivery work with experience in route deliveries using a semi-truck, Monday–Friday start around 6:00am, and mountains driving experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, load verification, on-time deliveries, and adherence to DOT/FMCSA regulations, with a $5K hiring bonus paid in stages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Customer Service Fundamentals, OTR Transportation Routing, OSHA, and DOT.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Commercial Transportation with CDL.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload merchandise with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Verify loads for accuracy.
• Deliver merchandise to destinations safely and on schedule.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Obey and follow applicable traffic laws.
• Maintain ELOG and comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Report defects, accidents, and violations.
• Communicate with dispatch and customer care on deliveries.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

We are immediately seeking a qualified Class A CDL Truck Driver who is highly detailed and enjoys the satisfaction of getting the job done right and on time. An ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable team player with experience doing route deliveries in a semi-truck.

Branch: Cartwright Distributing in Denver, CO

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, start time is generally 6:00am. Must be comfortable driving in the mountains. Must be able to drive a Manual Transmission.

• ELIGIBLE FOR A $5K HIRING BONUS: Paid out incrementally at 60, 90, 180 business days**

• Communicate and coordinate with dispatch and customer care team on deliveries.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
• Knowledge of Customer Service Fundamentals, Over the Road (OTR) Transportation Routing, OSHA, and DOT.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Commercial Transportation with CDL.

Other Qualifications

• Must have a CDL (Class A) and pass DOT-required physical and related drug tests.
• Able to pass additional pre-employment screening required by the company.
• Experience driving a forklift is a plus.
• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
• Ability to work with details such as vendor item numbers, vendor catalogs, customer lists, phone systems, and ERP software.
• Ability to learn core computer competencies with general operating systems for orders and related functions.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
