Truck Driver

Heartland Express provides on‑time service across 48 states. We are looking for experienced long‑haul truck drivers to join our fleet.

Compensation

Salary: $60,000 – $95,000 per year (average $69,000). Average weekly pay: $1,336 (top earner $1,819). Average miles: 2,400+ per week.

Home expectations: 4 weeks home, 4 days per week.

Bonuses:

• Green Zone bonus: $0.05 per mile (north of MD & east of I‑81)
• Safety bonus: $0.01–$0.03 per mile
