National Carriers is hiring for a dedicated account out of Holland, MI. We seed safe CDL-A drivers to haul pre-loaded refrigerated freight with 100% no-touch freight and 90% drop-and-hook. The daily pay guarantee and regional routes offer consistent earnings.

Average weekly gross is $1,750 with annual W-2 averaging $90,000. A $3,000 sign-on bonus and other earnings boosters are available, along with medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO.

Qualificações

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
• Minimum age 21 with driving experience as required for CDL-A.
• Must not turn down loads and maintain safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Operate late-model Kenworth T680s on regional routes.
• Ensure 100% no-touch freight and drop-and-hook loads.
• Take truck home when possible.

Students start at $200 daily at Solo, $225 at 90 days, and $250 at 180 days. Must not turn down loads, have preventable service failures or preventable accidents to qualify.

Maximize your earnings with performance pay up to $.04 per mile, accessorial pay up to $.03 per mile, quarterly fuel bonuses, stop pay, layover pay, and automatic detention pay.

Truck Driver Equipment and Routes

Drive in comfort in late-model, permanently assigned Kenworth T680s

Fully kitted and equipped with 2500-watt inverters, APUs, and refrigerators

You can even take your truck home

Regional running area: PA, NY, MD, NJ, VA, OH

Average 2,300 miles weekly.Trucks are equipped with EZ-Pass, Pre-Pass, and Com-Data Fuel Cards
