Job summary

Koch Trucking, Inc. is seeking a dedicated driver for a stable, home-time-focused role. You will be paid an 80 CPM split on every mile, with about 2,500 miles per week. Expect a dedicated schedule that gets you home every 7–10 days, and trucks that prioritize driver comfort.

The package includes a $2,000 hiring bonus and $1,000 orientation pay on your first dispatch, plus driver bonuses for loads and drops, and a comprehensive benefits lineup from day one.

• 1+ years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

Responsibilities

• Drive dedicated routes with home time every 7–10 days.
• Earn 80 CPM split on every mile with ~2,500 weekly miles.
• Receive a $2,000 hiring bonus plus $1,000 orientation pay on first dispatch.
• Earn $75 driver assist pay per load and $30 per drop.
• Operate modern Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks.
