Owner Operator Overview

• Revenue that rewards your business. Earn $1.75mi plus FSC on all miles, with top Owner Operators on this account grossing $4,000+ per week and $150,000-$208,000 per year.*
• A bonus built to get you rolling. Take home a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with $3,800 paid over your first 12 weeks to fully offset your escrow account, then $100 per week for the following 12 weeks. Add $500 orientation pay, plus a veterans bonus available with a valid DD214.*
• Home time you can count on. Get home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset, with reset days that may fall during the week rather than on the weekend.
• Miles across the Midwest. Run 2,200-2,700 miles per week on a dedicated account covering IN, MI, IL, and OH.
• Equipment that qualifies. Trucks must be 10 years old or newer with less than 500,000 miles to run on this account.

Lease Purchase Overview

• Revenue that rewards your business. Earn $1.35mi on all miles, loaded and empty, with the top 25% of earners making $3,000+ per week and $150,000-$208,000 per year. Rate includes $0.10mi in safety and on-time bonuses and $0.13mi accessorial pay on Target loads only.*
• A strong start. Earn a $5,000 transition bonus, with $3,800 paid over your first 12 weeks, then $600 at 6 months and $600 at 1 year, plus $500 orientation pay. Ask your recruiter about our veterans bonus.*
• Home time you can plan around. Get home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset, with reset days that may fall during the week rather than on the weekend.
• Miles that keep you moving. Run 2,200-2,700 miles per week across IN, MI, IL, and OH, with backhauls that keep your truck loaded. Lanes can run days or nights, including weekends and holidays, so flexibility is a must.
