Job summary

AGM Transport is seeking professional OTR drivers for 100% no-touch, dry-van freight across the Midwest, South, and Southeast. You’ll drive modern equipment with on-site support to keep you moving.

Pay is strong—base pay 65-70 CPM with all miles paid, plus bonuses up to 5 CPM and a per-diem option; earn up to $124,800 per year. Home time is 2–4 weeks for most drivers, with additional support. Assigned Freightliner Cascadia trucks come equipped for the road.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• No-touch, dry-van freight background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive 100% no-touch, dry-van freight on contracted routes across the Midwest, South and Southeast.
• Operate assigned 2022–2026 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with APUs, inverters, microwave and refrigerator.
