AGM Transport in Illinois is seeking OTR truck drivers for 100% no-touch, drop & hook freight. You’ll drive modern 2022–2026 Freightliner Cascadias, earn strong pay, and enjoy on-site support, a dedicated operations team, and miles that keep you moving across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.

We offer a base pay 65–70 CPM with all miles paid, plus bonuses for performance, safety, and service. Per diem options, detention, layover, and extra stops can boost your take.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of verifiable OTR tractor‑trailer experience.
• Ability to operate in a no‑touch, drop & hook freight environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive 100% no‑touch, dry‑van freight with contracted customers across the Midwest, South, and Southeast.
• Maintain safety, on‑time delivery, and high service levels to maximize bonuses.
