Job summary

AGM Transport in the United States is seeking OTR drivers for 100% no-touch, drop & hook freight. Assigned 2022–2026 Freightliner Cascadias are equipped with APUs, inverters, microwaves, and refrigerators, with on-site shop and 24/7 road service.

Base pay is 65-70 CPM with all miles paid, plus bonuses for performance, safety, and service up to 5 CPM. Per diem, detention, layover, and extra stops can boost earnings. Home time typically every 2–4 weeks, depending on routes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience

Responsibilities

• Run 100% no-touch, dry-van freight with a majority of drop & hook loads on contracted customer accounts.
• Earn up to a $2,000 referral bonus for bringing drivers on board.
