Job summary

TMC Transportation is actively seeking professional drivers in the Tulsa area to join a growing team. Drivers can earn up to $120,000 per year with experience, with regional runs offering home weekends or the option to stay out longer for extra load pay.

New drivers can earn up to $100,000 per year, with paid orientation and CDL training available. In addition to competitive pay, benefits include health, dental, life, vision, and prescription insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation

Qualifications

• CDL driving knowledge or license preferred
• Willingness to complete CDL training if not yet licensed
• Ability to follow safety and delivery schedules

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy trucks in accordance with company policies
• Haul freight on regional runs with home weekends
• Maintain delivery records and safety checks

• Experienced drivers can earn up to $120,000 per year

• TMC top 25% of drivers earning $2,400/WEEK
• PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY Avg percentage earned is 30-31% of each load!
  With smart driving, that can increase to an industry-best 37%.
• TARP PAY $40 smoke & steel & $50 lumber (recent increase of 20%!)
• Increased Orientation Pay Up to $750/wk for Student Drivers and up to $1000/wk for Experienced Drivers
• Regional Runs HOME EVERY WEEKEND or choose to stay out longer & earn additional % of load
