Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site CDL A Truck Driver role located in Springville, UT. The CDL A Truck Driver will operate company‑owned trucks and dry van and refrigerated trailers to transport goods safely and efficiently to local destinations. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, following all DOT and company safety regulations, securing and monitoring freight, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The driver will coordinate with dispatch, follow scheduled routes and delivery times, and communicate any delays or issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Proven experience operating tractor‑trailers, preferably with refrigerated and dry van equipment, including safe backing, coupling, and maneuvering.
• Ability to complete accurate logs, delivery records, and inspection reports; basic reading, math, and documentation skills.
• Strong time management and route planning abilities, with reliability in meeting schedules and adapting to changing road or weather conditions.
• Customer‑focused communication skills, with a professional, respectful approach at shippers, receivers, and with dispatch.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods, climb in and out of trucks, and assist with loading/unloading or securing freight when required.
• Willingness to follow company policies, participate in safety programs, and maintain a high standard of equipment care and cleanliness.
