Job summary

ATG Recruiting in the United States is seeking drivers to join a stable fleet offering regional, super regional, and OTR routes with steady income and modern equipment. You will drive a Kenworth T680 automatic with Smart Idle, bunk heater, double bunk, and a 1500-watt inverter.

Terminals nationwide provide support, and orientation covers travel. Home time details: regional out 7-9 days, home 1 day for every 7 days out; super regional out 14 days, home for 2; OTR out 3 weeks, home 3 days.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional, super regional, and OTR routes with modern Kenworth T680 automatic trucks.
• Maintain safety and on-time deliveries while maximizing efficiency across home-time policies.
• Utilize terminal network and orientation program to onboard and support drivers.

Pay That Reflects Your Hard Work

• Regional Drivers: Earn $1,200/week, averaging 2,500-2,600 miles
• Super Regional Drivers: Earn $1,300-$1,400/week, averaging 2,600-2,800 miles
• OTR Drivers: Earn $1,500/week, averaging 3,000 miles

Home Time That Works for You

• Regional: Out 7-9 days, home 1 day for every 7 days out
• Super Regional: Out 14 days, home for 2
• OTR: Out 3 weeks, home for 3 days

You'll drive a Kenworth T680 automatic equipped with Smart Idle, bunk heater, double bunk, and a 1500-watt inverter. Our trucks are serviced every 6 months and rarely break down. Most freight is 85-90% drop and hook, and for the few loads that require unloading, we provide an electric floor jack - and you get paid for it.
