K&B Transportation is looking for CDL-A truck drivers for Road Warrior OTR roles across the U.S. Enjoy real home time with 10–20 days at home between trips, and earn 82CPM with weekly guarantees. Fleet uses Freightliner Cascadia tractors and 100% no-touch freight, helping you maximize miles and pay.

Not a fit for every driver—these are long-haul positions with substantial miles and strong earning potential, including top weeks up to $2,350. Orientation and travel are fully covered.

Competenze

• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer experience.
• Current Class A CDL holder.

• Pay built to outperform. Earn 82CPM, with top weeks reaching $2,350 for top weeks.*
• More total home time. Road Warrior drivers get a REAL break between trips. 10 to 20 straight days at home. No rushed 34 hr resets or 2 days that disappear-an opportunity to truly fill your tank full before you hit the road again.
• $1,886 weekly minimum guaranteed pay.* We have skin in the game to keep you running. If you're giving us time, you're getting paid.
• Drive reliable, modern equipment: Freightliner Cascadia refrigerated trailers; tractors with APUs, fridges, inverters and more.
• Run 100% No-touch freight. We need drivers to drive. Worry about the road, not about your load.
