Job summary

Blue Line Distribution, the in-house distributor for Little Caesars Pizza, is hiring Class A CDL drivers for routes in Ohio and surrounding areas. This role involves overnight/late-evening lanes, regional coverage, and nightly dispatch windows with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

The position offers a $6000 retention bonus, starting pay of $31.29 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, and a typical 45–50 hour work week.

Qualifications

• One year of verified tractor-trailer experience with a Class A CDL.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and road test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to store locations within assigned regions.
• Operate tractor-trailer in a safe, timely, and compliant manner.
• Report incidents and maintain accurate logs as required by company policy.

Driving with Blue Line Distribution

$6000 Retention Bonus for new hires. Starting pay is at $31.29 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. Average 45-50 hours/week. 4-5 day work week. Coverage area is Ohio, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Western New York. Routes dispatched between 8:00pm – 3:00am. Regional routes. At least 2 overnight routes per week. Lift‑gate, electric pallet jack or cart/ramp for easier use of unloading into stores.

Who You Are

• One (1) year of verified tractor‑trailer experience with a class A CDL license.
