Job summary

Cheema Freightlines is offering enhanced mileage and bonus pay for driver teams and solos, effective 08/2026. Drivers run between WA and Bakersfield, CA, with frequent 5.5–6 day home time cycles and no-touch freight.

Earn up to 68 cents per mile solo and 78 cents per mile as a team, with weekly direct deposit and a per diem option. Terminal network includes Pacific, WA; Albany, OR; Lathrop, CA; and Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required.
• 1 year CDL-A driving experience within 24 months.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a DOT-required drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Dry van operation serving 60+ contract customers with high demand.
• Truckload freight includes beverages, dry foods, paper products, pet food, retail, and building materials.
• Loads are drop & hook, 100% no-touch, driver-friendly.
• Terminal network across WA, OR, CA with breaks at multiple yards.

The Money!

• Make up to 61 cpm based on years of experience
• Earn an additional 2 cents / mile performance bonus
• Run 2,500 to 3,000+ miles per week
• Get paid weekly by direct deposit

Hiring Guidelines:
