Job summary

Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a skilled CDL A Truck Driver to join our transportation team.

In this role, you will safely and efficiently transport goods and materials to designated destinations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining our reputation for reliability. Responsibilities include operating company trucks, delivering and relocating materials, and upholding DOT/OSHA certifications and company safety programs.

Qualifications

  • Class A CDL is required.
  • 1+ year of flatbed tractor-trailer experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn to operate all MHE used by the company.
  • Overnight availability 2–3 nights on average.
  • Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.
  • Ability to operate and maintain commercial vehicles safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills for logs and paperwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with dispatchers and customers.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Commitment to safety for self and others on the road.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver, pick up, and relocate construction materials and equipment.
  • Maintain all DOT and OSHA certifications and company safety programs.
  • Safely haul material to job sites.
  • Protect and maintain company property in good condition.

Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a skilledCDL A Truck Driver to join our transportation team. In this position, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to designated destinations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate company owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations
  • Operate trucks for the delivery, pickup and relocation of construction materials and equipment
  • Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs
  • Safely haul material to our jobsites
  • Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations
  • Must operate and maintain company equipment in a safe manner at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
