CDL A Truck Driver

We're actively seeking a Class A CDL tanker driver for a local/regional (back same day) position in the Houston, TX area. CDL Driver will deliver loads of salt water to chemical plants in a straight board tank.

Base Pay Range

$27.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Responsibilities

• CDL Driver will run a set schedule 5 days a week with 2 days off (either Tues/Weds or Weds/Thurs) – weekend required
• 6 AM - 6 PM shift
• Averages 2-4 loads per day, 55 hours per week
• Earn $27.00/hr plus overtime after 40 hours
• Responsible for loading and unloading tank and using proper venting procedures
• Manual transmission – 9 and 10 speed trucks
• Safety bonuses, IRA available, and medical/dental/vision benefits available for the truck driver and their families

Requirements

• Qualifying CDL driver must have at least 5 years of Class A CDL driving experience, 12 months in the last 3 years
• Must have at least 24 months of CDL A Tanker driving experience
• Tanker endorsement
• TWIC card
• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
• Must be able to drive manual transmission (no restriction)
• Acceptable MVR and Accident History
• Good Work History
