Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for dedicated OTR Eastern routes. You will run high-mileage lanes with late-model Freightliner Cascadias and enjoy weekly pay, 100% no-touch freight, and layover/breakdown pay. Home time is 3–4 weeks out with 3–4 days off.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll be responsible for your own insurance and taxes, with take-home pay reflecting miles and bonuses. 3000+ miles weekly target and 70 MPH trucks. "

Job description

We are seeking experienced, reliable Class A CDL Drivers for dedicated OTR Eastern routes. If you prefer high-speed trucks, excellent mileage, and predictable, steady freight, this is the lane for you. Run hard, get paid weekly, and drive late-model equipment.

• Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Primary Running Areas: Midwest, Mid-Central, South, and Southeast

Compensation & Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 – $2,000+
• Pay Rate: $0.80 CPM (All miles paid – Loaded & Empty)
• Frequency: Paid weekly
• Layover Pay: $150 per day
• Breakdown Pay: $150 per day
• Paid Vacation: Available after just 3 months of running

Home Time & Equipment

• Home Time: 3–4 weeks out, followed by 3–4 days off
• Take-Home Truck: Yes, you can take the truck home with you during your home time.
• Equipment: Late‑model Freightliner Cascadias (2021–2025 models)
• Truck Speed: Governed at 70 MPH

Freight Details

• Touch Freight: 100% No‑Touch Freight
• Drop & Hook: 5% Drop & Hook
• Miles : 3000+ miles per week

Job Requirements
