Qualifications

We're a veteran-owned, asset-based transportation company headquartered in Warren, Michigan, with operations in Laredo, Texas.

Our fleet specializes in Conestoga, flatbed, step deck, and specialized transportation. We haul machinery, steel, automotive components, industrial equipment, and other specialized freight.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers hauling Conestoga, flatbed, and other open-deck equipment.
• Transport freight safely throughout our operating lanes, primarily Michigan, Texas, and surrounding states.
• Secure loads using straps, chains, binders, and other appropriate equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required shipping documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, and shipment updates.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Represent NAS professionally at customer facilities.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Flatbed or open-deck experience preferred.
• Knowledge of proper load securement, including straps, chains, and binders.
• Safe driving record.
• Ability to meet applicable DOT medical and driver qualification requirements.
• Willingness to operate regional and over-the-road routes.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude.
• Conestoga experience is a plus, but not required.
