Job summary

Cypress Truck Lines is seeking CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for OTR or Regional routes in a driver-first environment. Earn competitive CPM and enjoy flexible scheduling with options to stay out 2–3 weeks or home every other weekend.

Drivers receive performance and seniority bonuses, assigned trucks with no slip seating, and comfortable APUs. Benefits start Day 1 with medical, dental and vision, plus a 401(k) match and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass hair follicle drug screen (12-month lookback).
• MVR: no more than 2 moving violations in 5 years.
• No speeding violations >15 mph in last 5 years.
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years (lifetime max 1).

Responsibilities

• Haul flatbed freight year-round with steady, pre-loaded loads.
• Choose OTR or Regional routes to fit your schedule.
• Maintain safe driving practices and complete required logs.
• Take your truck home if within 50+ miles of terminal.
