Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience within the last three years.
• CDL Class A with tanker endorsement.
• Current medical card.
• Hazmat endorsement must be obtained within 120 days of employment (assistance provided).

Responsibilities

• Transport, deliver and retrieve assorted construction and heavy equipment.
• Operate commercial or non-commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Promote professionalism and excellent customer service attitude.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain delivery documents and logs for inspection by management or authorities.
• Communicate with Branch Manager/dispatch for delivery schedules.
• Observe safety rules at customer sites and Herc Rentals facilities.
• Provide training assistance on safe vehicle operation when asked by customers.
