Job summary

All-Fleet-Inc in Indiana is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for high-volume towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a commission-based role with no cap on earnings and on-call nights and weekends.

You will perform heavy-duty towing, run recovery operations, document each job with photos, and communicate clearly with dispatch to ensure rapid response and customer satisfaction.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery
