Job summary

USA Truck is seeking experienced CDL-A team drivers to earn substantial weekly pay with high-mileage runs across all 48 states. This position offers a $2,500 weekly per driver wage, a $5,000 team sign-on bonus, 100% no-touch freight, and rider and pet friendly policies. Teams must live within 100 miles of each other and apply together.

Expect 2–3 week trips with frequent multi-stop routes, per diem options, and six paid holidays. Home-time details available during dispatch coordination.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of CDL-A experience, or 6+ months of LXP experience.
• No student drivers allowed.
• Team drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.

Responsibilities

• Operate 48-state CDL-A tractor-trailers with team partners.
• Work 2–3 week dispatch cycles with 48 hours off.
• Ensure on-time, compliant deliveries for dry goods.
