Job summary

USA Truck is seeking CDL-A team drivers to haul freight across all 48 states. Earn $2,500 per week per driver and up to $130,000 per year per driver, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus per driver.

Teams must live within 100 miles of each other and begin as a team, with 2–3 weeks out and 48 hours off between runs. Rider and pet friendly, no-slip seating, and per diem options available.

• CDL-A license required with team driving experience.
• Willingness to team drive and stay out for extended periods.
• Must live within 100 miles of your teammate.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A team routes across the 48 states.
• Follow 2–3 week dispatch cycles with 48 hours off.
• Coordinate with teammate to maximize miles and on-time deliveries.
• Adhere to safety, logs, and company policies.

CDL-A Team Truck Driver Requirements

• 12+ months of experience OR 6+ months of LXP experience
• No students
• Must apply as a team
• Team drivers must live within 100 miles of each other
