Job summary

USA Truck is seeking CDL-A team truck drivers to earn significant weekly pay while running across all 48 states. Team drivers enjoy high earning potential with a $2,500 weekly per driver and a $130,000 annual expectation per driver, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

This position supports a 2–3 week outbound schedule with rest periods and no-touch freight. Rider and pet-friendly policies, slip seating avoidance, and per diem options add value to the role for qualified teams committed to home-distance

Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience driving as part of a team (or 6+ months with LXP experience).
• No students may apply.
• Team drivers must live within 100 miles of each other.
• Must apply as a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate as CDL-A team driver across all 48 states.
• Follow multi-stop and multi-pickup routes with long-haul schedules.
• Truck parking at the driver's home or an approved location.
• Maintain on-time delivery while adhering to safety and compliance.
