Turner Trucking Company in Boiling Springs, NC, is hiring over-the-road team drivers to run to the West Coast. Normal team trips are 4–5 days with home time weekly for 2–3 days. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a path to pay increases based on seniority.

New drivers average $1,550 per week including bonuses. Benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, plus weekly per-trip pay and yearly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year recent tractor-trailer driving experience with a good safety record.
• Ability to work as part of a team or be matched with a driving partner.

Turner Trucking Company in Boiling Springs, NC, is a small family-owned business. We know all our drivers by name, not by a number. We provide our customers with express freight service to primarily California, Washington, and Oregon. We then bring fresh produce back to the Carolinas.

We are looking for SAFE, experienced drivers to run teams to the West Coast. ** Normal trip for our teams is 4 to 5 days. HOME EVERY WEEK FOR 2-3 DAYS! Our Team drivers do not deliver their back haul–you come back to our terminal and go to your house.

New drivers are averaging $1550 per week (including bonuses). Per trip pay based on your farthest destination out. Scheduled seniority increases. First pay increase after 3 months on the job. Second increase 3 months later.
