Job summary

Turner Trucking Company is seeking SAFE, experienced drivers for team operation to the West Coast. Team trips typically run 4–5 days, with drivers home every week for 2–3 days. New drivers can earn around $1,550 per week including bonuses, with per-trip pay and scheduled increases over time.

We offer top-of-the-line equipment, drop/pickup pay, quarterly and annual bonuses, and a 401K with company matching. Health insurance is included.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience with a good safety record.
• Team driving experience preferred for over-the-road routes.
• Strong focus on safety and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Operate team routes to the West Coast and home weekly as scheduled.
• Maintain a clean driving record and comply with company policies.
• Coordinate with the terminal for back-haul loads and routes.
• Accept bonuses and incentive programs per company guidelines.

Turner Trucking Company in Boiling Springs, NC, is a small family-owned business. We know all our drivers by name, not by a number. We provide our customers with express freight service to primarily California, Washington, and Oregon. We then bring fresh produce back to the Carolinas.

We are looking for SAFE, experienced drivers to run teams to the West Coast. ** Normal trip for our teams is 4 to 5 days. HOME EVERY WEEK FOR 2-3 DAYS! Our Team drivers do not deliver their back haul–you come back to our terminal and go to your house.

New drivers are averaging $1550 per week (including bonuses). Per trip pay based on your farthest destination out. Scheduled seniority increases. First pay increase after 3 months on the job. Second increase 3 months later.
