Job summary

USA Truck is seeking experienced CDL-A Independent Contractor Teams to maximize earnings in a nationwide no-touch dry van operation. Teams earn 70% of all-in revenue on the first two loads, 75% on the third, and 80% on the fourth load and beyond, with potential to gross well over $10k per week depending on production.

Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and optional longevity pay for qualifying true owners. No trailer rental fees and fuel discounts at select locations help increase take-home pay

Qualifications

• CDL-A valid for driving in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months of driving experience (team driving preferred).
• Two weeks out on the road minimum.
• Older trucks may be considered if they meet wheelbase/ELD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate nationwide with no-touch dry van freight.
• Maximize earnings through revenue-sharing structure (70–80%).
