Job summary

Herman N Logistics in Dallas is seeking experienced team drivers for a dedicated refrigerated fleet. Expect around 4,800 miles per week with no-touch freight, preloaded trailers and drop-trailer deliveries to distribution centers.

You will drive company-provided sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions on routes including UT, MO, WI, PA and TX. Paid miles are split between team drivers, with a safety bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay.

• Average: $1,980 per week ($102,960 annually)
• Top earners: $2,294 per week ($119,288 annually)
• Mileage pay split between team drivers
• Safe and on-time bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay

Schedule:

• Utah, Madison, Peoria, and Dallas teams are home weekly
• Missouri floater teams stay out for 3–4 weeks
• Other routes may have different home-time schedules
