Job summary

Pickle Roofing Solutions is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dry van operation across the Western region. Earn growling miles with a mileage and bonus pay increase effective 08/2026.

Gross $4,000+ / week, split based on experience, with up to 5 cpm bonuses. Weekly pay with Direct Deposit; per diem option available. Terminals in Pacific Northwest, CA, UT, and nearby states; home every 10–14 days.

Qualifications

• Have a valid CDL-A and pass a DOT drug screen.
• At least 1 year CDL-A driving experience within 36 months.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Operating a dry van with safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight across designated Western region routes.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Handle drop & hook loads and maintain on-time deliveries.
