Job summary

Cheema Freightlines is hiring drivers for its dry van fleet with elite pay incentives. Earn up to 68 CPM solo and 78 CPM as a team, with weekly direct deposit and a robust benefits package. The Western Region operates across AZ, CA, TX, NV, UT, ID, OR, WA & MT with home time generally every 10–14 days.

Applicants should have a CDL-A, at least 1 year of experience, be 21+, and pass a DOT drug screen. Per diem options and a safety-focused culture are highlighted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Have a valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience.
• Be 21 years of age or older and pass a DOT-required drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drive dry van freight across Western states with 100% no-touch loads.
• Maintain logs and safety compliance; adhere to schedules and routes.
• Coordinate with team drivers to maximize miles and bonus potential.

Gross $3,500 - $4,000+ / week, split, based on experience

Plus 2 cpm monthly bonus for safety, productivity & service
