Job summary

RIDE CDL in Orlando, Florida is hiring for over‑the‑road truck positions. Compensation offers two options: Option 1 a guaranteed $2000 per 6,000 miles or less with $0.80 per extra mile; Option 2 CPM $0.70 split with weekly pay examples 2100/2275/2450 for 6000/6500/7000 miles. Requirements include at least 6 months OTR experience, 4 weeks on the road and 5 days home, and modern Freightliner Cascadia trucks with full amenities. Compensation Options

• Option 1: Guaranteed flat rate of $2000 each for 6000 miles or less. Additional $0.80 as a team per extra mile driven.
• Option 2: CPM compensation of $0.70 (split) all miles paid. Estimated weekly pay 6,000m = $2,100, 6,500m = $2,275, 7,000m = $2,450.

Requirements & Details

• Must have at least 6 months of OTR verifiable experience.
• Office and yard location: 6990 Lake Ellenor Dr, Suite 200 Orlando, Fl 32809.
• Our policy is 4 weeks on the road and 5 days home.
• Modern automatic Freightliner Cascadia 2021-2026 with Inverter, Fridge, Microwave and ByPass.
• Escrow of $1,000, $250 deducted from the first 4 paychecks, refundable in 30 days after providing 2 weeks’ notice of resignation.
• Mostly drop and hook loads, sometimes live loads with no touch freight.
