Job summary

The Employee Connect is seeking CDL-A team drivers for a dedicated refrigerated team account with static weekly routes across the 48 states. Home time is weekly, offering a predictable paycheck on a no-touch fleet.

You will operate Class A tractors, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain logs per federal regulations. Teams run about 4,800 weekly miles to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL is required with at least 3 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Must meet DOT qualification requirements and hold a current DOT medical certification.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with federal testing throughout employment.
• Hiring across 48 states.
• Truck parking is available within 100 miles of home address.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and legally, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and keep logs current.
• Transport refrigerated freight on schedule between distribution centers across multiple states.
• Teams pick up preloaded trailers and deliver into drop-trailer distribution centers with no-touch freight.
• Approximately 4,800 consistent weekly miles drive earnings on this fleet.
• Verify load counts, seals, and paperwork at pickup and delivery; secure freight for transit and complete delivery documentation.
• Coordinate driving and rest with co-driver to stay within hours of service and keep the truck productive.
