Shaffer Trucking is hiring CDL-A team drivers to join our national refrigerated fleet. Drivers can expect top pay and comprehensive benefits, with a typical schedule of 18–24 days on the road and one day off for every six out.

Starting pay is 0.60 per practical mile, and the top 25% of teams average about $168,000 per year. Full health, dental, vision, life, and 401K benefits are included.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required for team refrigerated routes.
• Team driving experience is preferred for national fleet.
• OTR experience a plus for long-haul routes.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated team tractor-trailer.
• Maintain safe driving practices and compliance with regulations.
• Meet mileage and pay targets while on the road.
• Coordinate with team drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
