Job summary

XPO is seeking CDL-A team drivers for over-the-road routes in 2023-built sleeper trucks. You’ll operate with a co-driver on fixed routes between XPO facilities, traveling in 5 days on, 2 days off cycles.

Enjoy an extensive network of fueling stations, in-house freight, and no-touch loads with strong benefits. Earn an average of $2,300 per week at $0.974 per mile, with full medical, dental, and vision coverage starting day one, plus paid holidays and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL-A and be part of a driving team or have a teammate identified.
• Clean driving record and history with safe driving practices.
• Possess required endorsements (hazardous materials, tank vehicle, doubles/triples)

Responsibilities

• Operate in a sleeper-berth team setup on extended routes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain schedule integrity with minimal delays and communicate with dispatch.
