A $16,000 sign-on bonus is available per team ($8,000 per driver), plus incentives for safe DOT inspections. We offer a comprehensive benefits program after 60 days, with medical, dental, vision, optional life, STD/LTD, and FSAs, and a 401(k) plan after 180 days of service.
