Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A team drivers to run together and maximize miles with weekly or every-other-week home time depending on domicile.

Earn mileage pay up to $0.74 per mile and an average of $1,300–$1,850 per week, plus an $8,000 team sign-on bonus ($4,000 per driver). Covenant provides strong benefits and driver advocacy to make life on the road work for you. We promote safety, respect for drivers, and a transparent pay model with full support from orientation reps.

• Experience in team driving preferred.
• Pay is mileage-based and based on verified experience.

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER WEEK | UP TO $0.74/MILE

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile

CDL-A Team Drivers needed. Covenant is the top teaming carrier in transportation. We've built our business on teaming and we are the leader in team freight.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile. Pay is based on verified experience.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850
• $8,000 sign on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. CA, FL, LA, and MS drivers excluded. Must also have not previously received a sign on bonus from Covenant.

Following 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment of each year.
