Job summary

C.R. England is seeking an experienced CDL-A regional fleet truck driver for its Target routes based in Uniontown, PA. You will haul dry freight to Target stores across MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV and DC, with weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.

Most loads are drop-and-hook, on automatic transmission trucks, with six-state coverage and a steady schedule. Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, being 21 or older, and at least 3 months of recent CDL experience.

Six states plus the DC area make up the delivery map on this Target condo fleet, with every week anchored to the Target Regional Distribution Center in Stuarts Draft, VA. You haul dry freight to Target stores on set lanes, and you head home weekly for a 34-hour reset.

Drivers average 1,900 miles a week. Most loads are drop and hook, and the trucks are all automatic transmissions.

• Dry freight delivered to Target stores
• Deliveries throughout MD, NJ, PA, VA, WV and the DC area
• Distribution center at 345 Mount Vernon Rd., Stuarts Draft, VA 24477
• Most loads are drop and hook
• A few small format stores require a driver unload assist

Schedule:

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• The account runs 24/7, including holidays
• You need to be able to work both day and night shifts

Equipment:

• All trucks have automatic transmissions
• Top of the line equipment from one of the newest fleets in the country

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older

• If trucks need to be taken home along the route it is allowed within 35 miles of last delivery - but must be safe and secure place to park
