C.R. England in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a CDL-A Target Local Truck Driver to operate on-site from Crystal Lake. This full-time role features local Chicago-area routes with night driving, aiming to have you back home daily.

You will pull at least two loads per day on local routes, with most freight drop-and-hook. Pay is mileage-based (CPM) with bonus opportunities and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 21+, and 3+ months of recent CDL experience.

Ninety-one miles is the longest round trip you will run on this Chicago-area Target fleet, and every shift ends with you back home. You pull at least 2 loads a day on local routes, and the work includes night driving.

Most of the freight is drop-and-hook, about 95%, so your time is spent driving rather than waiting at the dock. The other 5% calls for a pallet jack, and that unloading is paid.
