Job summary

Primo Brands in Portland, OR is seeking a professional truck driver to operate tractor-trailers and tanker units. You will ensure compliance with DOT laws, manage loads, and complete required documentation while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a CDL Class A with tanker endorsement, at least two years of OTR experience, and strong communication skills. Overtime and weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum two years’ experience driving tractor/trailers and tankers OTR.
• Valid CDL Class A license with Tanker endorsement.
• Must meet FMCSA driver qualifications including pre-trip and post-trip requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 66 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer/data entry and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate transport vehicle.
• Ensure vehicle meets DOT laws and company standards.
• Understand load and freight weight requirements.
• Complete all required company and DOT documents/reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
• Ability to manage and track inventory.
• Protect company assets by securing loads before/during transport.
• Complete comprehensive vehicle inspections.
