Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America in Utah is seeking CDL drivers to operate DFA tankers, transporting raw milk from farms to processing plants. You will follow dispatch instructions, take quality samples, and minimize idle time while maintaining safety and compliance.

Requirements include Class A CDL with tanker and doubles/triples endorsements, 1 year CDL driving experience, English literacy, and a valid MVR. Competitive pay $28-$30 per hour, OT, weekend premium, 401k match, and generous vacation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT procedures, rules, and requirements.
• Must meet MVR requirements, DOT requirements, pre-employment background requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to read/write English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT, DFA CMV, and safety policies.
• Some strenuous work involving lifting, connecting hoses, disconnecting hoses.
• Ladder climbing to access the top of tank trailers and farm tanks.
• Hooking and unhooking trucks and trailers.
• Maintain positive communications with producers, customers, and employees.
• Represents DFA positively and professionally.
