Job summary

Lhoist North America is hiring a CDL driver to load and deliver lime slurry to customers across the Texas area, including Hurst. You will perform pre/post inspections, maintain fleet safety, and support training for local contractors on safe handling of quicklime/slurry.

The role requires a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement, strong knowledge of DOT regulations, and the ability to operate heavy equipment in busy traffic and remote locations. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Verifiable CDL driving experience or recent CDL school graduation.
• Class A CDL with tanker endorsement (N) required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe loading/hauling procedures.
• Ability to operate and maintain fleet equipment with mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver slurry shipments in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform pre/post inspections to ensure DOT compliance.
• Read gauges, evaluate conditions, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Inspect equipment per DOT requirements and perform minor repairs.
• Educate and train local contractors on safe handling of lime products.
